Blank Pages
Issue:
The printer goes through the motions of printing but produces completely blank pages.
Problem Cause:
This typically occurs due to:
- Clogged or dried-out printheads
- Low or empty ink/toner cartridges
- Improper cartridge installation
- Incorrect paper size or formatting issues in the document
Solutions:
- Run a printhead cleaning cycle from your printer’s settings. Repeat it 2–3 times if needed.
- Open the cartridge access door and:
- Check ink or toner levels
- Replace any empty or dried-up cartridges
- Reinsert any loose or misaligned cartridges
- Make sure the document you're printing has visible content (sounds basic, but often missed).
- Verify that the correct paper size and layout are selected in your print settings.
